Possible Cause	Corrective Action
T.38 licensed without DSP II being installed. DSP II card failure. DSP II card is installed in the wrong slot.	Use slotallinfo maintenance command to determine if DSP II card is installed. Replace DSP II card. Ensure DSP II card is installed in slots 4,5, or 6 of MXE controller.
